Leah Donnelly signed for DLR Waves during the 2024 Summer transfer window. Leah is a fullback who came through the underage ranks at Shelbourne. Donnelly made her debut for The Waves against Whitehall Rangers in the first round of the 2024 FAI Cup, coming on as a second half substitute. The next week she made her first start for the club in the league against Peamount United.
So far in her time at DLR Leah has impressed at left back working hard defensively and proving to have a dynamic attacking presence.
