Rebecca McMahon signed for DLR Waves ahead of the 2023 season. McMahon played underage for Shamrock Rovers and also played for Peamount United.
Rebecca scored her first senior goal for The Waves against Sligo Rovers midway through the 2024 league campaign. Having previously played as a midfielder, in the latter end of the 2024 season McMahon played as a central defender.
