Lauren Strong joined DLR Waves at u17s level in 2021, and made her way to the u19s side in the years that followed. Lauren made her debut for the senior team against Crusaders in the All-Island Cup last June. Strong made a total of 5 appearances for the senior side last year across the league, All-Island Cup, and FAI Cup.
Lauren was voted DLR Waves u19’s player of the year for 2023.
Having missed the 2024 season through injury, Lauren is stronger than ever ahead of 2025.
