Jess Gleeson is our club captain and a superb leader in the team. The centre back signed for Waves in 2021 and was awarded player of the year in her first season. She would be made club captain in 2022 and has been a pivotal player for the team in her tenure here. Gleeson is the most decorated player at the club having won trophies with Wexford Youths an Shelbourne. She has played UWCL football and has been capped for Ireland at senior level.
